Corporate Information Technology Manager

The  Corporate IT Manager guarantees the effectiveness, security, and continuity of Leaf Space’s internal IT infrastructure, supporting employees and ensuring that information systems and assets are fully operational.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Manage corporate IT assets and networks (laptops, phones, HQ servers, VPN).

• Provide IT Help Desk support to employees and teams.

• Administer software licenses and ERP / information systems.

• Oversee IT budgeting and procurement processes.

• Vendor Management: select, monitor, and evaluate IT suppliers, manage contracts, maintenance agreements, and SLA compliance.

• Develop and maintain Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery plans.

• Collaborate closely with the Cyber Security function to ensure audits, compliance, and security guidelines.

• Keep IT systems, processes, and documentation up to date.

• Support the company in sector certifications (ISO, NIS2, etc.) and in the optimization/creation of IT processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate IT or System Administration.

• Knowledge of Windows/Mac/Linux, LAN/WAN, Active Directory/SSO.

• Experience with collaboration suites (O365, Google Workspace).

• Problem-solving attitude, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.

• Fluent in English.
