CYBER SECURITY MANAGER

The Cyber Security Manager Safeguards Leaf Space’s corporate and product infrastructures against cyber threats, ensuring compliance with international standards and embedding security practices across company operations.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Monitor threats and respond to security incidents across corporate and product environments.
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Define and implement cyber security architecture, policies, and processes.
• Conduct secure code reviews and enforce secure development practices.
• Ensure compliance with NIS2, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR.
• Deliver cyber awareness and training for all employees.
• Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) policies.
• Perform regular risk assessments and collaborate with external auditors.
• Support clients and stakeholders with certifications, due diligence, and security requirements.
• Contribute to achieving sector certifications (ISO 27001, NIS2, etc.) and to the design/optimization of company-wide security processes.

REQUIRMENTS

• Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in cyber security roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in incident response, penetration testing, vulnerability management.
• Solid knowledge of international standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, NIST).
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving approach.
• Fluent in English.
